COST OF CARE
The fee for an emergency visit examination at Hope Veterinary Specialists is $155 to $175. Charges for all diagnostic tests, treatments, and medications are additional.
Examination fees for our other specialties vary, as do the costs of various procedures. For more specific information, call 610.296.2099.
Please feel free to discuss any financial concerns with the veterinarian responsible for the care of your pet or with an employee of our business office; note we do not have payment plans available.
Treatment & Hospitalization
Your pet’s doctor will present a recommended treatment plan and a financial estimate during your pet's appointment. Any changes to the plan and estimate will be discussed with you promptly.
If your pet requires hospitalization, Hope VS will provide a financial estimate prior to admission. Hospital policy requires a deposit of 100 percent of the low end of that estimate.
Should your pet require care and treatment that exceeds the initial estimate, a revised estimate will be provided to you. Payment in full is due at the time of discharge.
Payment is required in full at the time of discharge.
Hope VS accepts Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express, and cash.
Please note that the person who presents an animal to Hope VS is solely responsible for payment of all charges even in situations in which they are not the actual owner of that animal. Hope VS will not bill any third party.
Hope VS does not accept payment plans; however, we offer Care Credit, a healthcare credit plan. You can apply in person at Hope VS or online at www.carecredit.com. Although Hope VS can help you process an application, the decision to approve or extend credit resides exclusively with Care Credit. If you are interested in learning more about these plans or in applying, please see a client specialist for more details and an application.
Interest and Past Due Accounts
Interest will accrue on any balances 30 days past due. Please be aware owners are responsible for any collection and/or legal fees on past due accounts.
I am so thankful Hope exists.
