New Medication Refill Policy Effective 9/1/14

To our valued clients: Hope Veterinary Specialists will be changing our medication refill policy effective September 1st, 2014. In trying to serve our community in the best way possible and also providing our patients with unmatched medical care, our new pharmacy policy will be as follows:

  1. Requests for medication refills should be made between the hours of 8am-6pm Monday though Friday. Refill requests may take up to 24 hours to process.
  2. Any requests outside of these hours (at night or on the weekends) will be considered an “urgent refill” and will be assessed a $20 refill fee.
  3. When calling in a refill request for your pet’s medication, please have the drug name, strength, quantity requested, dose currently being administered and, if we will be calling in the request to an outside pharmacy, that pharmacy’s name and phone number.
