Dr. Bridget Slavick graduated from the University of Glasgow School of Veterinary Medicine in Scotland in 2014. Following graduation, she completed a 1-year rotating internship in small animal medicine and surgery at a specialty hospital outside of Philadelphia. Dr. Slavick joined Hope Veterinary Specialists in 2017. Her special interests include toxicology, infectious disease, trauma management, and geriatric medicine.
Dr. Slavick received her BS in biology from Immaculata University in Malvern, Pennsylvania, in Downingtown. She worked as a veterinary nurse in various emergency hospitals during her years as an undergraduate and veterinary doctorate student. While completing her veterinary degree, she traveled to multiple countries for externship experience including Mexico, Ireland, Greece, and Wales.
Dr. Slavick grew up in Berks County, Pennsylvania, and currently lives in Chester County with her husband, twin girls, and 2 dogs, a weimaraner and a pit bull terrier.
