It’s comforting to know there is "Hope".

Please make every effort to be mindful of when your pet’s prescription(s) supply is getting low. While we will do our best to refill prescriptions, this may or may not be possible immediately, particularly on weekends and holidays, when many of our specialists are not in the hospital. The easiest way to get refills is during a recheck appointment while you are already at the hospital and your specialist is actively working with your pet. Be sure to check your medications prior to each appointment, so we can better assist you!
Please note that ALL prescription refill requests require at least 24 hours notice during the days your specialty service is in the hospital. This applies to medications that you would like filled by Hope VS as well as those called into a pharmacy.
Additionally, if we have not seen your pet in some time, or if the emergency doctor on duty when you call (weekends, holidays) is not comfortable refilling your prescription for any reason, we may need to do some extra work in calling your specific doctor and getting the ok to refill. This may take additional time. Also, should you call on a weekend or holiday, we may only be able to give you enough of a supply to get your pet through to the next time your particular specialist is back in the hospital, requiring you to possibly make extra trips.
Thus, it is important to keep an eye on those medications. Doing so will save you anxiety and will keep your pet safe and healthy.
