Nicole Hunter is the Hope VS reception manager. Nicole began working at what used to be known as the Animal Critical Care and Specialty Group as a part-time receptionist in 2006 and was promoted to her current full-time managerial position in August of 2010.
Currently attending Rockhurst University Continuing Education Center, Nicole’s choice of classes shows her commitment to excellence in her management role: How to Deal with Unacceptable Employee Behavior; How to Communicate with Tact, Professionalism, and Diplomacy; Business Grammar and Proofreading; Coaching and Mentoring Skills for Managers and Supervisors; Essential Supervision Skills; and Team-Building. Nicole has also attended the Community College of Philadelphia.
Her key responsibilities include hiring and training new employees; appraising employee performance; addressing complaints; and ensuring proper front desk coverage at all times.
Overall, Nicole believes her top priority to be providing excellent customer service and making what can often be a very difficult time in pet owners’ lives a little less stressful through her easy, kind, and compassionate way.
